Using an electric drill and drill bit slightly smaller than the screw head, drill a pilot hole into the center of the screw. Insert a screw extractor into the pilot hole and turn it counterclockwise to grip the screw. Use pliers to turn the screw extractor, applying steady pressure to remove the screw.
