To extract a stripped bolt, select the appropriate extractor designed for the bolt’s shape and size. Drill a pilot hole into the center of the bolt and insert the extractor. Apply pressure while turning the extractor in a counterclockwise direction. If the bolt doesn’t budge, apply penetrating oil and let it soak before attempting extraction again. Utilize reverse threading by drilling a slightly larger hole and threading a bolt of the same diameter in reverse, allowing you to extract the stripped bolt.
