For large holes, use hydraulic cement. Mix equal parts cement and water to form a thick paste. Press the paste into the hole, using a trowel or putty knife. Smooth the surface and allow it to cure for 24 hours. Once cured, the cement will create a waterproof seal. Wear gloves and safety glasses when using hydraulic cement.
